Senior Penetration Tester
3B Data Security (part of UBDS Group) is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Penetration Tester to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the continued expansion of the organisation.
Requirements:
* CTL qualification in Infrastructure (essential) and a second CTL in Applications is a bonus.
* Chartered or Principal Cyber Security Professional title.
* Solid background in penetration testing with senior-level experience.
* Ability to obtain and hold UK security clearance.
* Demonstrable experience leading a team to high‑quality outcomes.
* Passion and enthusiasm for penetration testing; proactive in knowledge building.
* Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
* Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously.
* Own transport and willing to travel at short notice when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a wide portfolio of penetration testing engagements, including complex CHECK engagements and large projects for key clients.
* Maintain CHECK Green Status in collaboration with senior management.
* Produce high‑quality reports that convey complex technical data meaningfully to customers.
* Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow.
* Build meaningful relationships with customers, keeping them informed of engagement progress and findings in a timely manner.
* Serve as a subject‑matter expert, helping customers understand their security posture and the value 3B Data Security brings.
* Provide technical presales support to assist in scoping new engagements.
* Identify business development opportunities and support their implementation.

This is a remote role, but you will be expected to travel to client sites across the UK and internationally as required, and occasionally attend the company offices.
