Salary to £32,000 generous employee benefits, including free breakfast and lunch every day! 09:30-17:30 working hours and office based (Monday-Friday) Chancery Lane / Blackfriars / City Thameslink In this role, you’ll deliver a variety of business support services, assisting with the firm’s day-to-day operations across facilities, reception, and general administration Office Services Assistant Key Responsibilities: Delivering and sorting of incoming mail, hourly internal mail rounds, and urgent parcel delivery. Sending and tracking international and local couriers. Hard copying, digital printing, bible creation, cd burning, binding, lamination. Provide administrative assistance to lawyers and the business services teams. Welcoming visitors, determining the nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel, ensuring a professional and client focused approach. Organize, schedule, and coordinate all requests for conference floor room bookings. Ensure room set ups are complete with all relevant material required, prior to the start of meetings. Assists with internal office/workstation moves, including prepares set ups with furniture, equipment, and stationery. Office Services Assistant Skills & Requirements: Previous administrative experience within a law firm or professional services is desirable. Excellent academics. Focus on producing high quality work with good attention to detail. Strong ability to work under pressure handling a busy support role. A flexible approach to tasks and willing to work overtime. Good IT skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Office) and comfortable learning new systems.
