Temporary Christmas Sales Associate — H.Samuel, St Helens, England, United Kingdom. This is a temporary role for the Christmas period with commission, incentives and a staff discount.
Responsibilities
* Ensure customers have a sparkling, welcoming experience and assist with jewellery, watches or other gift ideas.
* Answer questions, showcase products, and help the team meet sales targets.
* Gift-wrap items for customers and reflect the brand, culture and customers in your approach.
* Follow the dress code and celebrate individual style while maintaining a professional appearance.
* Support customers through the purchasing journey and contribute to memorable experiences.
Your background / Qualifications
* Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
* Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not required.
* A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to start conversations with a diverse range of customers.
