What You'll Be Doing Acting as a hands on Store Supervisor, delivering daily sales and service excellence. Taking full keyholder responsibility, ensuring opening/closing routines are carried out smoothly. Coaching and supporting the team on the shop floor, leading by example with strong product knowledge. Creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that reflects our natural beauty philosophy. Supporting new starters and helping build confidence from day one. What You Bring Experience in skincare or haircare retail (skincare preferred). Previous keyholder or supervisory experience. Confident sales approach with a natural ability to connect with customers.
