Overview
A unique opportunity to help us set up a new Parts business, then assume full managerial responsibility for it.
In 2026, a key element of our growth transition is to bring UK Parts distribution in-house. We therefore need an experienced Parts manager, ready to “roll their sleeves up” during the set-up phase, and then capable of driving sales, delivering growth, and focusing on customer service.
This new role gives the successful candidate scope to “make it their own”. The day-to-day content will include:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the parts department
* Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate timely ordering of parts
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
* Lead and develop the parts team, ensuring high levels of accuracy and customer service
* Monitor performance and implement strategies as required to improve profitability and efficiency
* Collaborate with internal partners, both the UK and Spanish parent business
What we are looking for
* Proven experience and capability in a Vehicle Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor role (minimum 3-5 years)
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts (bus & coach experience highly desirable)
* A natural leader with the ability to inspire and manage a team
* Committed to maintaining excellence in service, accuracy, and performance
* Customer-focused with strong communication and negotiation skills
* Confident using parts management systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business
Location
Based at our brand new UK head office in Blyth (S81 8FH).
Compensation
