The Matron (RMN/RNLD) will:

* Lead the Nursing team to ensure excellent care and positive outcomes.
* Oversee person-centred Nursing Care Plans, ensuring regular updates and reviews.
* Maintain clinical ordering and supplies.
* Ensure staff competency with electronic systems and processes.
* Support staff management, including recruitment and training.
* Lead a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Investigate any misconduct and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
