Pay rate: £15 per hour (weekly or monthly pay available)

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic female support workers to join our team in Kidderminster. In this rewarding role, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a young girl in her family home who has behavioural needs and childhood-onset epilepsy.

You will play a vital role in helping her feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.During waking night shifts, you will maintain a calm and reassuring environment while monitoring and responding to seizure activity.In the mornings, you will assist with a structured routine to help her feel organised, settled, and ready for the day ahead, using encouragement and positive guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a strong, positive, and trusting relationship through consistent one-to-one support.
• Support and manage behaviours using calm, therapeutic approaches.
