Job Description
We are working with a leading contractor who works on behalf of housing providers across the country to deliver planned improvement works. They are looking for a resident officer to service a long‑term kitchen and bathroom project in Sheffield and other projects in the Leeds area.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for residents during scheduled works.
* Keep residents informed and happy with all updates.
* Respond to complaints and issues that arise.
* Keep detailed reports of resident feedback.
* Attend site visits with the site manager and conduct progress surveys when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Excellent face‑to‑face and telephone communication skills.
* Experience within social housing, ideally construction/repairs teams.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Clean criminal record for enhanced DBS checks.
