Service care solutions are currently recruiting for a Property Law Paralegal for a growing Law Firm based in Merseyside.
This role will include assisting senior property lawyers in a fast-paced department. You will also have the confidence and experience to assist with residential conveyancing work.
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 annum DOE
Responsibilities
* Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
* Assisting the property team day to day in all offices
* Experience of working in a CQS accredited practice
About you / Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Residential and conveyancing procedures
* Good time management and ability to handle multiple cases
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good communication and IT skills
* At least 12 months experience working as a Residential Conveyancer
