🚀 You'll be leading a brilliant Activation function delivering campaigns across Mobile, Audio, Video, CTV & DOOH
What the Role Involves:
* Managing the planning, setup and delivery of high-performance programmatic campaigns
* Optimising campaign execution across products to maximise performance and margins
* Partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot, report, and enhance campaign delivery
* Using verification, tracking, and DSP tools to ensure campaign excellence
* Acting as the primary contact on campaign performance for internal commercial and customer success teams
* Supporting best practices in campaign management and continuously improving internal workflows
* Contributing to onboarding of new media partners and ensuring high compliance standards across all activity
* Helping launch and scale new ad products or formats, from first campaign to workflow rollout
What They’re Looking For:
* 4+ years’ experience in programmatic media buying and campaign management
* Hands-on familiarity with major DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr) and campaign tools
* Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to inform strategy
* A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable collaborating across teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success)
* 1+ year managing or mentoring others, with a passion for team development
* A keen interest in digital trends and a curious approach to new tools and ideas
