Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 per annum

Description of the Role:
The role involves delivering first-class liaison and administrative support in a busy environment, liaising with a diverse customer base professionally and efficiently to ensure high levels of customer and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Resident Liaison Officer - Housing:
1. Visit residents prior to work commencement to introduce the company, communicate the scope of works, and provide contact details and a resident handbook outlining the RLO and project process.
2. Assess high-risk or vulnerable residents and ensure the Site Manager tailors works accordingly, adhering to safe working practices.
3. Conduct property condition surveys, floor protection, and appliance surveys with photographs before works start.
4. Establish resident requirements through initial profiling, document discussions, and tailor plans accordingly, working with site staff.
5. Assist in the smooth operation of the project tracker.
6. Develop effective relationships with client representatives, particularly the housing department, to ensure consistent communication and maintain positive relationships for future projects.
7. Create and maintain confidential files for each resident/job, respecting data sensitivity.
8. Liaise continuously with site management and subcontractors to facilitate timely project delivery and high standards of work.
9. Support site managers to ensure resident needs are met and the project runs smoothly.
10. Assist with onboarding new RLOs, providing support and shadowing opportunities.
11. Consult with resident groups and representatives, arranging meetings to communicate project progress, gather feedback, and address issues, in collaboration with the Senior Resident Liaison Officer and Social Value Team.
