What you’ll be doing:
* Prepare and maintain accurate client bookkeeping records, including sales, purchases, and bank reconciliations.
* Prepare and submit VAT returns for clients accurately and on time.
* Assist with the preparation of client accounts, management accounts, and tax computations under the supervision of senior staff.
* Support qualified accountants in managing client portfolios within the practice.
* Communicate with clients as required, providing updates and responding to queries in a professional manner.
* Ensure client records comply with accounting standards, tax regulations, and firm procedures.
