Senior Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to work collaboratively with the wider agency team to shape and deliver the MTM agency marketing strategy. You will work across our SEO, Paid, PR, Design, Film and Web Development teams.
This role will suit someone who is a self-starter and can bring a creative flair to our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be creative, and a natural writer and communicator, who enjoys a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

The Opportunity
The Senior Marketing Manager role includes:
* Developing and implementing an integrated marketing strategy to position the agency and support the wider business strategy
* Helping develop creative, innovative and inspired campaigns and communications across the full spectrum of marketing disciplines, working with our digital, creative, copywriters, PR, social, film and event teams
* Overseeing the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations and case studies
* Managing ongoing campaigns and the development of brand assets
* Join creative brainstorming sessions to develop ideas, then working with the MTM Agency teams to bring those ideas to life
* Participating in an internship or graduate programme to support the MTM Marketing efforts
* Analysing marketing data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
* Regular report reporting on campaigns, data and results to ensure they are delivering against agreed agency objectives and the business strategy
* Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, empowering them to deliver exceptional results
* Having regular one to ones with your team members to provide feedback, support and guidance
* Contributing to and be part of the yearly appraisals for the MTM marketing team
About you
You will have a minimum of six years experience in a marketing role, preferably you will have the ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
