Overview
Mobile Electrical Engineer role at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services.
In this role you will undertake a variety of tasks including maintenance inspections, fault finding, upgrades and installations to achieve the highest level of service for the client. You will answer queries, report defects and keep stakeholders informed of site activities during service visits.
Responsibilities
* Carry out maintenance inspections, fault finding, upgrades and installations in line with current guidance and legislation (including SFG20 or relevant ACoP where applicable).
* Work on systems such as single phase and three phase distribution, UPS systems, generators, emergency lighting, SWA and containment, and commercial lighting systems.
* Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, maintaining logs of inspections, reports and remedial work.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
* Electrical AP experience.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 3 Award, C&G, 2391, 18th Edition or equivalent).
* Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of work.
* Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces; willingness to participate in the on-call rota.
* Full Driving License.
