As a member of the Human Resources Redeployment Team you will contribute to the provision of a responsive, professional and customer-focussed redeployment service to managers and employees across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. You will provide HR support on a range of non-complex employee relations issues surrounding Redeployment process.
In this role you will manage the Redeployment process from end-to-end, with case load of existing NHSGGC colleagues who for a variety of reasons require suitable alternative employment within the health board. You will support these individuals by getting to know their circumstances and what alternative roles they could be suited to.
