Job Description
The Talent & Learning Analyst will:
* Work closely with the Talent team to roll out initiatives, streamline process and offer insight for improvement
* Take ownership of global onboarding from a back end perspective- e.g. managing the data, coordinating with Business Partnering teams across countries
* Maintain and cleanse Talent data to ensure accuracy of reporting
* Work with Senior members of the team on succession and workforce planning projects
* Coordination of Senior Leadership training, including all follow up and employee engagement data
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will need to develop and manage dashboards for the People team, providing insights that inform broader business strategy - this should be clearly reflected in your background. Advanced Excel skills are a must, particularly with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and similar functions.
