Therole
We are lookingfor a highly motivated individual with proven skills in themanagement of complex musculoskeletal disorders, with excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills who can work alone and aspart of the team.
You would need to havebeen practising as a qualified physiotherapist for a minimum of 3years, with evidence of working in outpatient and orthopaedicenvironments. The caseload will consist of mostly privateout-patients but there may be times where it is necessary to treatward patients including occasional weekends.
Thisis a great job opportunity for a physio who enjoys treatingpatients hands on and wants to support patients to reach theirgoals.

Working aspart of the Physiotherapy Team to provide a high standard ofefficient, individualised patient care. A strong communicator withexceptional standards for customer service standards. Adhering toall of Ramsay’s policies and procedures to ensure the best possibleclinical outcomes for patients. A strong advocate of the Ramsay Wayand People Caring forPeople.
* Deliveringhigh quality physiotherapy care in a hospital setting; includingthe assessment, treatment, planning and development ofphysiotherapy treatment programmes, progressing and regressingtreatment using own clinical knowledge andjustification
* Providingpatient education and advice at all stages throughout the patientjourney, face to face and bytelephone
* Managingyour own case load in outpatients as applicable, time managementskills, input sessional charges via computer, book patientappointments and fully utilise own computerdiary.
* Highregard and implementation of health and safety procedures regardingpatients, colleagues and the environment at alltimes
* Highregard and implementation of infection control procedures at alltimes
* Acommitment to CPD, mandatory training and e-learning, evidencebased practice and personaldevelopment.
* Agood standard of IT literacy and willingness learn new informationtechnology asrequired
* Anactive involvement in the day to day running of the department andservicedevelopment
* Workingeffectively and independently as part of the Physiotherapy team andthe wider multi-disciplinaryteam
Whatyou will bring withyou
* BScHonours degree inPhysiotherapy
* BeHCPC and CSPregistered
* Experienceof working as a Physiotherapist and / or leading ateam
* EvidenceofCPD
* Highlyorganised and demonstrate the ability to work confidently andeffectively both in a team andindependently.
* Havea sound understanding of the CSP standards of practice and HCPCstandards and how they relate to individualpractice.
