About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled TIG Welder who knows their craft and takes pride in producing high-quality work. This is a hands-on role in a busy fabrication environment where accuracy, consistency and doing the job properly matter. If you can read a drawing, prep correctly, and lay down clean welds without cutting corners, you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:
TIG welding of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium components
Working from engineering drawings and weld specifications
Producing high-quality, visually clean and structurally sound welds
Preparing materials, joint set-up and finishing to required standards
Carrying out self-inspection to ensure work meets quality requirements
Working to production schedules while maintaining accuracy
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Keeping work areas clean, organised and professionalAbout You:
Proven experience as a TIG Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Experience working with thin-gauge and precision components
Knowledge of welding symbols and quality standards
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a teamApply
