You must be 18 or older, and have previous bar & front of house experience for this role.
Hours will include:
Applicants will be on a zero hour contract, but must be available to work a Sunday shift, and available over Christmas.
***Duties***
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
***Skills***
- Bartending: Proficient in mixing and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines
- Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling and storage procedures to maintain a safe environment for customers
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills: Competent in calculating bills, making change, and handling cash transactions accurately
- Restaurant experience: Familiarity with restaurant operations, including customer service standards and POS systems
- Hospitality: Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills
