Grounds & Siting Manager

Were looking for a Grounds & Siting Manager at Haven Lakeland. Youll lead the team that keeps our park looking its best and our guests happy.
You’ll be hands‑on, leading a busy Facilities team through great groundskeeping and caravan siting. Your job is to motivate your team, keep standards high, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll manage budgets, coach your team to grow, and tackle any issues that come up. Safety and compliance are part of the day-to-day, and you’ll always be looking for ways to improve how we work.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate your team to hit targets and deliver great service
* Make sure guests have a brilliant experience from the moment they arrive
* Manage performance with regular feedback, coaching, and reviews
* Look after scheduling, budgets, and resources
* Keep everything safe, compliant, and up to standard
* Solve problems quickly and keep operations running
* Support your teams development through training and mentoring
Requirements
* Experience as a Head Groundsman, Garden & Grounds Manager, or similar leadership role within facilities or maintenance
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Great at problem-solving and customer service
* Solid understanding of health and safety
* Organised, with the ability to juggle priorities
* Experience managing budgets
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
