Overview
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to manage claims from start to finish, while delivering exceptional service to clients?

You'll be known internally as a Desktop Claims Technician, where you will handle a caseload of claims, ensuring effective communication with clients via phone and email.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding results.

Please note that this is a fully remote position, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

How You'll Make An Impact
Your role will be to manage a caseload of property claims from start to finish, ensuring efficient and accurate handling while delivering exceptional client service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

* Responding to client queries via phone and email within agreed service levels
* Communicating claims decisions clearly and effectively
* Ensuring compliance policies, procedures, and file management best practices
* Supporting team success by assisting colleagues and sharing knowledge

About You

* Proven experience in property claims handling.
* Previous phone-based customer service experience, ideally within insurance.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
* Self-motivated and committed to delivering exceptional service, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
