Job Summary
The Facilities Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, safety, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Duties
* Oversee the daily operations of the facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
* Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs for mechanical and electrical systems.
* Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
* Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement or repair.
* Manage projects related to facility upgrades or renovations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
* Collaborate with external contractors and service providers as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
