Description & Requirements

Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

The Global Integrated Communications team is a community-driven organization that shapes storytelling, engagement, news, and content creation across platforms for players, creators, and media worldwide. As part of EA’s Publishing organization, we help bring our franchises to life through authentic conversations and meaningful community connections.

We’re looking for a Creator Relations Associate Manager, UKI to join The Sims team and support creator relations efforts across the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI).

Reporting to the EU/UK Creator Relations Lead, you will help develop and execute creator strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy for The Sims across the UKI market. You’ll manage creator programs and agency partnerships, build relationships with creators across the region, and collaborate closely with Integrated Communications and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful creator campaigns that support broader business objectives.

As a live‑service franchise with a passionate global community, The Sims partners with creators to empower their stories, spark conversations, and inspire players year‑round. This role will help strengthen those relationships across the UKI market through both campaign‑based and always‑on creator initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands creator culture, has strong relationship‑management skills, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the UKI creator strategy for The Sims franchise, ensuring it reflects and complements the global strategy across all campaign phases.

Translate global creative platforms into culturally resonant UKI activations, building creator go‑to‑market plans in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Champion creator and audience perspectives internally, ensuring community insight shapes campaign planning and execution.

Support day‑to‑day management of the UKI creator agency, including briefing, creative reviews, feedback, timelines, and campaign delivery.

Build and manage a diverse UKI creator roster — identifying talent, nurturing ongoing relationships, and overseeing onboarding and engagement within The Sims Creator Program.

Support creator contracting, payments, event participation, and activation logistics.

Monitor creator sentiment, community conversations, and emerging cultural trends — surfacing UKI insights to European and global stakeholders in a timely, structured way.

Support live service communications by relaying UKI community feedback and opportunities as they arise.

Contribute to the growth of the EA Creator Network across UKI, helping drive UGC and meaningful creator engagement between major campaign moments.

Define UKI creator KPIs aligned with global measurement frameworks; track and report on performance with clear learnings and actionable recommendations.

Manage creator budgets and forecasts in partnership with the UKI Brand Manager and EU/UK Creator Relations Lead.

Ensure all creator activity complies with EA policies, legal requirements, and ASA disclosure guidelines.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

3+ years of experience in creator relations, influencer marketing, community marketing, social media, communications, or related fields.

Experience developing and executing creator campaigns within the UKI market.

Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and major social platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, X, Snapchat, and emerging channels.

Experience managing creator agencies, external partners, and cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.

Experience using analytics, social listening, and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and inform recommendations.

Ability to interpret creator and community feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Knowledge of ASA disclosure requirements and influencer marketing best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting live‑service products, ongoing content programs, or community‑driven brands.

Existing relationships within UKI gaming, lifestyle, entertainment, or culture‑focused creator communities.

Experience working with creators across gaming, lifestyle, simulation, design, fashion, beauty, DIY, home, or culture‑focused content categories.

Experience navigating creator, talent, or agency challenges with professionalism and sound judgment.

What We’re Looking For

Deep understanding of creator culture and social trends across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across a variety of stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively within a global, matrixed organization and collaborate across teams and geographies.

A relationship builder who can establish trust with creators, agencies, and internal partners.

Curiosity, creativity, and strong cultural instincts for what resonates with creator audiences.

Passion for gaming, creator communities, and player‑first storytelling, with an appreciation for the unique relationship between creators and players.
