There are two positions available depending on experience and preference. For these varied roles, we are looking for adaptable, flexible and resourceful individuals who are confident to lead group sessions with children and work within a team of enthusiastic staff. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Work collaboratively with the class teacher to address the diverse needs of pupils, maximise the impact of classroom strategies and learning activities and create opportunities for all learners to reach their potential, irrespective of ability. • Supporting individuals with EHC plans. • Supporting assessment and evidencing learning. • Working with the teacher to create stimulating classroom displays and learning resources. • Maintaining a safe and positive environment for all learners. • Monitoring pupil responses to learning activities and providing feedback to the teacher. • Promoting inclusion and positive behaviour. • Assisting with the preparation and organization of learning materials and resources. • Creating and maintaining a supportive and orderly learning environment. • Contribute to the overall ethos and aims of the school. • To hold a first aid qualification – training will be given to the right candidate.
