We are backed by top Silicon Valley VCs such as Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and others! The Role We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design efforts on the buyer side of our platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, data and other stakeholders to create a world-class user experience that resonates with our diverse consumer base. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play an integral part in supercharging a platform thats solving one of the worlds biggest sustainability problems! What you'll do Design the consumer experience: Lead the end-to-end design process for the buyer journey, ensuring a delightful, intuitive, and accessible experience across web and mobile Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure design consistency and functionality align with business goals Create user-centric designs: Conduct user research, develop personas, and craft user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes Iterate based on feedback: Use data, analytics, and user feedback to iterate on designs and ensure continuous improvement About The Team We're a diverse set of individuals with the single mission of helping sustainability and promoting circular fashion while building a beautiful product experience.
