Learning Support Assistant - Cardiff - Fulltime - Permanent - Term time only
Salary: £23,849 - 27,300 pro rata (£17,886 - £20,474 actual)
Additional Holiday Allowance: £1.10 - £1.16 per hour

A day in the life at Birchwood includes:
* Providing high-quality teaching and learning opportunities using various approaches to support pupils' progress toward their accreditations.
* Supporting teachers with planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities.
* Assisting with planning and implementing off-site activities.
* Helping pupils during routines, lunch/break times, or with personal care.
We are looking for passionate individuals who:
* Hold qualifications in English & Maths;
* Can relate well to pupils and build positive, respectful relationships professionally;

* Can provide personal care respectfully.
Note: This role involves regulated activity with children and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
