Role: Sales Account Manager Salary: £40,000 commission company car Location: Northampton Permanent full time The role You will report directly into the Sales Manager and your role will be to Proactively manage and grow national customer accounts to ensure sales target are hit consistently. Responsibilities and duties Deliver on targeted sales level at the required GP benchmark To prioritise your customer base and create a proactive contact regime to maintain and grow existing customers. To ensure that any customer receives a quote within 24 hours of the visit or MSI. To deliver with your Sales Support Exec the targeted number of MSI's per week. Every interaction with a customer - email, phone call, face to face, WhatsApp - must be logged on the HubSpot CRM in detail with a task to follow up. Any and every enquiry from a customer or a prospective new customer must be registered as a deal on HubSpot so that it can be tracked through to being won.
