We are seeking a multiskilled Service Advisor / Administrator to join our busy van service centre. This is a varied role where you will switch regularly between warranty administration, invoicing and front-desk customer service, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service department.
Working in a clean, new office environment, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Youll rotate across key service functions, ensuring excellent customer care, accurate administration and efficient workshop coordination.
Salary: £28,080 per annum negotiable dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, Flexible working hours within an 8am6pm window, i.e. 40 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid).
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Rotate between warranty processing, service invoicing and front-desk duties as required.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, both face-to-face and via phone, email and online portals.
3. Process service bookings, job cards, order numbers, invoices, warranty claims and customer quotations.
