Job Description



A bit about the team and what you’ll deliver...

We are seeking a world-class SVP of Product to lead the transformation and future growth of Trustonic’s Telecoms Platform. This is a mission-critical role, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with peers across Engineering, Commercial, and Operations.

You will be responsible for building and leading a globally distributed Product function, bringing structure, clarity, and strategic momentum to our product roadmap, execution, and innovation. You will own product strategy, unlock cross-functional alignment, and embed robust product management discipline that balances near-term platform stability with long-term value creation.

This role will lead the next generation of product practices following a period of fast growth. Internal alignment skills and customer delivery focus are key. You will be expected to lead from the front, guiding teams through a new operating rhythm, improving performance, and bolstering trust across the business.

As the SVP, Product you will:

Strategic Ownership

* Define and communicate a clear, structured product strategy aligned to business goals, customer needs, and platform readiness.
* Create a structured, measurable product roadmap that balances short-term stabilisation with long-term innovation and monetisation.
* Serve as a key voice in executive leadership, shaping company-wide direction, investment priorities, and product-led growth strategies.

Execution and Delivery

* Establish a clear framework for product planning, discovery, and prioritisation across internal product teams.
* Bring structure and governance to ensure alignment with Engineering, Commercial, Ops, and Finance.
* Drive measurable progress on stabilising the core platform (v3), reducing outages, improving billing, and executing critical migrations.
* Set and maintain a robust cadence of roadmap reviews, product performance tracking, and iteration.

Cross-Functional Leadership

* Serve as the bridge between Commercial and Engineering, translating market and customer inputs into actionable product plans.
* Lead and evolve the product organisation, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring PMs, UX leads, Data insights and product ops talent.
* Ensure clear accountability and collaboration between product and cross-functional teams, especially Engineering, Operations and Commercial.

Market and Customer Advocacy

* Champion the customer voice across the business, using insights to influence priorities and validate assumptions.
* Collaborate closely with the CEO, CCO, and key commercial stakeholders to identify market opportunities and partner-driven innovations.
* Act as a public-facing representative of product where appropriate (e.g., major customer engagements, due diligence, or PR).

6–12 Month Success Outcomes

Within 6 Months:

* Clear product strategy and roadmap in place, aligned to platform status and commercial goals.
* Trust and credibility established across Product and other functions.
* Product planning and prioritisation operating rhythm in place and adhered to.
* Platform quality, stability and reliability embedded into cross-functional execution plans.

Within 12 Months:

* V3 Platform fully migrated and operating to acceptable service levels.
* Billing platform capabilities deployed and adopted.
* Product team restructured and fully staffed with strong talent and leadership.
* Net Promoter Score and customer satisfaction trending positively.
* Measurable product contribution to revenue growth, expansion, and differentiation.

What makes you, you...

Experience

* Significant experience in B2B SaaS product leadership, ideally within platform technology, telecoms, fintech, or infrastructure services.
* Track record of scaling B2B SaaS products.
* Deep experience building and scaling high-functioning product teams across multiple time zones and disciplines.
* Track record of leading cross-functional delivery in fast-scaling or transformation-stage businesses.
* Prior experience navigating technical environments (e.g., API-led platforms, mobile SDKs, embedded software, Android).

Capabilities

* Highly structured strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complexity into actionable plans.
* Data driven decision-maker, comfortable with metrics, experimentation and using qual/quant insights.
* Mastery of product discovery, prioritisation, and performance measurement.
* Strong commercial acumen; skilled in identifying monetisation opportunities and translating customer needs into product outcomes.
* Fluent in modern product practices (e.g., OKRs, CD3, opportunity scoring, continuous discovery).

* Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
