This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in delivering a state-of-the-art custodial facility designed to be secure, energy-efficient, and high-specification for 2000 inmates and staff.

Your Responsibilities:
As our MEP Commercial Manager, you will oversee the delivery of £180M worth of service packages across the campus. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the MEP commercial team, empowering performance, and managing subcontractor relationships.
* Ensuring compliance with the procurement strategy established at the project's outset.
* Valuing and measuring changes, advising on legal and contractual matters.
* Conducting procurement activities, including subcontract inquiries and tender reviews.
* Preparing monthly cost reports, commercial plans, and external client reports.
* Managing project cash flows and turnover forecasts with the senior team.
* Identifying risks and opportunities, producing margin improvement plans, and driving profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
If you can demonstrate the following qualifications and experience, we want to hear from you:
* A degree or HND/HNC (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying.
* Experience managing and mentoring commercial teams on large-scale projects.
* A solid understanding of main contract forms (JCT, NEC) and strategic risk management.
* Technical knowledge of MEPH services and their components.
* A valid UK Driving License.
Working Conditions:
This role offers hybrid working, with approximately 3 days per week on-site. We welcome candidates from across the UK and provide subsistence and disturbance allowances for those commuting from a distance.
