The Role
We're looking for an experienced Office Administrator with strong knowledge of the passive fire protection industry to join our team. This role is key to supporting operations, compliance, and customer service.
Responsibilities
* Handle daily office administration and documentation.
* Support project teams with compliance paperwork and reports.
* Manage records for fire protection installations and certifications.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
* Assist with invoicing, procurement, and reporting.
Requirements
* Proven admin experience in passive fire protection.
* Strong understanding of compliance and certification processes.
* Excellent communication, organization, and MS Office skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
