A highly supportive mainstream primary school with a dedicated SEN/Inclusion Provision is looking to appoint an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.

If you have experience in EYFS or KS1 and a strong understanding of SEN support, this is a role where you can make a genuine impact from day one.
About the Role – SEN Teaching Assistant (Inclusion Provision)
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils within the Inclusion/SEN Provision on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Work predominantly with EYFS and KS1 pupils with additional needs
* Support children with Autism, Speech & Language needs, and SEMH
* Use visual supports, structured routines, and communication strategies
* Support emotional regulation and engagement in learning
* Work closely with the SENCO and experienced provision staff
This is a hands-on, specialist role requiring someone confident working with pupils who may need high levels of support, consistency, and patience.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant
* Strong background in EYFS or KS1
* Understanding of Autism, communication needs, and early development
* Calm, patient, and resilient approach
* Confident supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
* Ability to build strong, trusting relationships
