What You'll Do Lead and motivate a compact sales team (2 Sales Engineers 1 Sales Support Administrator) Hit and exceed ambitious sales targets Manage the marketing budget—publications, trade shows, digital presence Oversee extended-warranty sales support Sign off on high-value/high-risk projects Review tenders/contracts to protect business interests Prepare monthly performance reports for CEO/owners Drive strategic business development and market expansion Align all activities with company vision and financial goals What You Bring Proven track record in sales & marketing leadership Experience managing teams and budgets Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Contract/tender review experience Familiarity with sales & marketing tech/tools Willingness to travel to support field engineers and build client relationships Why Merridale?
