Due to continued growth, we’re excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our Sales team at Technical Drive. We're a well-established and successful IT Managed Service provider based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, that provides quality IT services to hundreds of clients across the UK. You’ll be part of an energetic, friendly, and highly capable team, working in a collaborative environment.
About the role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic IT consultancy and planning solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Your role will include:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts
* Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
* Conducting client site visits and presenting tailored solutions
* Writing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales
* Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What we’re looking for:
* 3+ years of experience in IT Account Management
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, networks, software, and cloud services
* Proven ability to advise clients and sell technical solutions
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
* A customer-first mindset and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Circa £28,000 - £38,000 (dependent on experience), up to £55,000 OTE inc commission & bonus.
