SALARY: circa £19.00 per Hour (depending on experience) + Benefits
LOCATION: Royston, Hertfordshire
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8 Hours per Day
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the site’s rural location, you will need a full driving licence and your own vehicle

Responsibilities
* MIG Welding Expertise: Execute MIG welding tasks with precision. TIG welding experience is a plus
* Technical Proficiency: Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
* Tool Operation: Operate handheld, powered tools and machinery safely and effectively
* Teamwork and Autonomy: Collaborate with team members while also being capable of working independently
* Safety and Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
* Efficiency and Deadlines: Maintain excellent timekeeping and adhere to production deadlines
* Quality Workmanship: Produce high-quality work while working within tight tolerances
Candidate Requirements
* Fully qualified and experienced as a welder / fabricator
* Proven experience as a coded welder
* MIG welding experience
* Familiarity with BS EN 1090 welding procedures is advantageous
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* A valid driving license is essential due to the rural location
