Job Title: HSQE Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am-4:30pm; Friday, 8am-3:15pm (flexible)
* 2 days in the office, 3 days travelling to site

What Will You Do?
As the HSQE Manager, you'll play a vital role in establishing and implementing HSQE practices across the organisation. Your responsibilities include maintaining and improving management systems and providing support to the Managing Director in all areas relating to health, safety, environment, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
* Work with the Managing Director to implement HSQE initiatives.
* Oversee HSQE management to raise operational standards.
* Conduct audits and inspections, managing corrective actions for continuous improvement.
* Monitor, review, and improve management systems for compliance and continual improvement.
* Provide training and coaching to operational teams.
* Identify and manage operational and regulatory risks.
* Compile reports to inform on audit findings and incident trends.
Key Requirements:
* Managing Health and Safety qualification (preferably NEBOSH or similar).
