Job Title: FLT (Bendi) Driver

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to come on board working in a company based in Ellesmere Port. The main purpose of the role will be to operate Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Truck safely and efficiently within a warehouse environment, ensuring accurate stock movement, storage, and dispatch in line with company procedures and health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a Bendi/Flexi FLT to load, unload, move, and stack goods safely and efficiently.
Put stock away into racking systems (including high-level racking).
Replenish pick locations as required.
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
Conduct daily pre-use equipment checks and report defects promptly.
Ensure stock accuracy through correct scanning and documentation procedures.
Support goods-in, picking, and dispatch operations when required.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and site procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Valid FLT Bendi Licence (essential).
Proficiency with warehouse management systems and general computer literacy.
Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items.
