We’re looking for a caring, committed Individual Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN) at a welcoming, inclusive primary school in the Witham area.
This is your chance to play a key role in a child’s learning journey, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.
The role includes:
* Providing tailored support during lessons and activities.
* Encouraging independence and building confidence.
* Following strategies designed by the SENCO and class teacher.
* Supporting emotional and social development.
* Working closely with school staff, parents, and external professionals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
