Your new role
In this newly created position, you will take responsibility for developing, managing and maintaining effective production schedules that support the smooth flow of work across the organisation. Working closely with a range of internal teams, you will coordinate capacity, identify potential constraints and ensure production activities are aligned with customer requirements and deliverymitments. Your role will involve analysing data, anticipating challenges, andmunicating clearly with all stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met. You will play an important role in maximising efficiency while contributing to the overall improvement of production processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast paced manufacturing environment. A proactive approach, excellentmunication skills and the confidence to liaise across departments will be essential. Experience in production planning, scheduling or a similar role within engineering or manufacturing will enable you to succeed, alongside the ability to work collaboratively and maintain accuracy under pressure. Amitment to continuous improvement and problem-solving will be highly valued.
