This work supports meaningful commercial outcomes at scale. About the Role This role supports go-to-market activities related to product development and delivery. You will collaborate across teams to coordinate the work needed to successfully launch products to market. The role sits within the Global Product & Analytics organization, as part of the Product Operations team, and is based in the UK with a focus on supporting product expansion in local markets. You will manage multiple projects independently, with access to guidance and mentoring as needed. In addition to delivering programs, you will help improve delivery practices and contribute to continuous process improvement across the product lifecycle. Responsibilities Coordinate internal teams and resources to support the successful delivery of assigned projects. Define and manage project plans, milestones, tasks, and dependencies in line with agreed timelines. Communicate project progress, risks, and changes clearly and regularly to stakeholders. Escalate issues when appropriate and help drive timely resolution. Ensure projects follow required governance, compliance, and regulatory standards. Use project management tools to support planning, tracking, and reporting. Understand supported products or solutions at a high level and clearly explain their purpose and value. Apply foundational knowledge of go-to-market systems and processes to support product releases. Contribute to improving delivery practices, processes, and team ways of working. Requirements Relevant experience in project or program management, product operations, or a related field. Experience delivering medium to large, cross-functional projects. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with common project management tools and standard office software. Knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PMP, Lean, or similar) is helpful but not required.
