We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Midlands team, supporting a diverse portfolio of Planned, Decarbonisation, and High-Rise works. What You’ll Do As a Commercial Manager, you’ll lead all commercial activities across pre- and post-contract phases, ensuring robust governance, profitability, and performance. You’ll: Drive financial outcomes across turnover, profit, cash flow, and rebate targets. Lead tender strategies and project business plans. Manage commercial reporting, risk, and contract compliance. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the supply chain. Develop and mentor a high-performing commercial team. Champion innovation, sustainability, and corporate responsibility. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in commercial management within social housing, construction, or maintenance sectors. Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable outcomes. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working across varied contract types and durations. Ideally, a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management. What’s in It for You? ??
