Analyse shipment routing, service levels, carrier performance, and cost metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Collaborate cross-functionally with regional logistics teams, procurement, finance, and external partners. Oversee freight audit and payment processes, develop controls, and propose automation solutions to streamline operations. Design and build Power BI dashboards and performance metrics to support operational transparency and drive performance improvement. Prepare executive-level reports and participate in business reviews with stakeholders. Ideal Candidate: Strong background in data analytics, Power BI, Excel (expert level), and project management. Self-starter with strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills. Experienced in working cross-functionally with finance, procurement, AP, and logistics providers.
