You'll shape Statements of Work with the sales team, translate them into project plans with engineers, and run delivery directly with customer stakeholders at every level.What you'll be doing:Owning customer engagements from SOW through to deliveryManaging and coordinating a team of talented software engineersBuilding project plans, roadmaps and operating plans alongside leadershipReporting programme status, analysing risk, and keeping delivery on trackWorking strategically with sales on account growthWhat they're looking for:10+ years of project management experience in client-facing rolesA background in services or technology consultingProven experience managing software engineering teamsServiceNow exposure strongly preferred so you can hit the ground runningExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsThe package:Base salary up to £100k, dependant on experienceFully remote within the UKUnlimited paid time offHealthcare coverage, parental leave, equityThis is an excellent opportunity to manage enterprise-scale ServiceNow programmes, including AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
