This is an outstanding opportunity to shape impactful work while developing your career in a supportive, collaborative environment.\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n Competitive and negotiable salary based on experience\n\n * \n\n Inside IR35 contract\n\n * \n\n Supportive, multi-disciplinary team with strong design and delivery values\n\n * \n\n Hybrid working and flexible hours to support work-life balance\n\n * \n\n Secure, long-term pipeline of national projects\n\n * \n\n Opportunities to mentor junior staff and take ownership of work packages\n\nAbout You:\n\nWe’re looking for a technically strong, proactive Architect with sector-specific experience and excellent communication skills.\n\nEssential Requirements:\n\n * \n\n ARB-registered Architect\n\n * \n\n Experience in the Custodial, Life Sciences, or Defence sectors\n\n * \n\n Strong technical delivery skills across RIBA Stages 3–6\n\n * \n\n Proficient in Revit (essential); knowledge of AutoCAD and NBS Chorus desirable\n\n * \n\n Strong detailing and specification writing capabilities\n\n * \n\n Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and CDM 2015\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage project packages and coordinate with contractors and consultants\n\n * \n\n Effective communicator with a collaborative approach\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Deliver architectural and technical outputs on complex, multi-disciplinary projects\n\n * \n\n Prepare and coordinate design documentation, reports, drawings, and specifications\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with relevant standards and internal quality procedures\n\n * \n\n Participate in design and technical reviews and project coordination\n\n * \n\n Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders\n\n * \n\n Mentor junior team members and support their professional development\n\n * \n\n Contribute to fee proposals, scope definitions, and client presentations\n\nOpportunities to mentor junior staff and take ownership of work packages
