This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a busy team, supporting the service department with coordination, communication and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the service team with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Help With social media
* Coordinating engineer schedules and booking appointments
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Raising job cards, purchase orders and invoices
* Processing service reports and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding parts and updates
* Updating internal systems and databases
* Assisting with fleet and compliance documentation
* General office administration and filing
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or service support role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and internal systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
