Do you have a passion for leading high-performing teams and delivering outstanding learning experiences? Acumen Coaching, part of the t2 group, is looking for an experienced Regional Delivery Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of work-based learning. You will conduct progressive visits (remote video calls and face-to-face meetings at the learners’ workplace) with every learner each month, supporting, motivating, and encouraging them to achieve their qualification within the agreed timeframes. You will have a clear set of KPI’s and will manage your own diary to ensure you achieve these.
About The Role
As a Regional Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of Coaches to deliver exceptional teaching and learning experiences for learners and employers. With full responsibility for team performance, you’ll ensure quality, compliance, and learner success rates remain consistently high, while driving operational excellence across your region.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote team to achieve success targets.
* Take ownership of team performance, success rates, and KPIs.
* Manage budgets and P&L for your team, ensuring effective forecasting and resource planning.
* Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews, supporting growth and addressing underperformance.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to meet and exceed organisational goals.
* Lead learner and employer engagement activities to drive satisfaction and retention.
* Work closely with Quality, Compliance, and Account Management teams to ensure the learner journey is of the highest standard.
* Share best practice across operations and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ management experience, ideally in a training, education, or apprenticeships setting.
* Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver against KPIs.
* Strong coaching, communication, and people management skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast, plan, and manage budgets.
* Knowledge of Leadership & Management qualifications/apprenticeship programmes (desirable).
* A passion for improving learner outcomes and employer experiences.
