Description
We are hiring a Global Product Administration Assistant to support the Global Product Management function in delivering our Own Brand goals across defined labels. Working under the Global Product Managers, you will liaise with the Product Creation Team, the Commercial Team, and Buying to support processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality Own Brand products.
Responsibilities
* Support the development of collections for each Own Brand with the Global Product Managers (across categories, seasons, and years).
* Assist in research and creation of seasonal product briefs for Footasylum, UK Wholesale, and International Wholesale/Franchisees.
* Help deliver briefs and launch collections according to Wholesale Calendar dates and gates.
* Attend and support fit meetings with GPMs.
* Participate in market research trips and use research tools to gather information.
* Ensure product meets channel needs during design and development.
* Contribute to a ‘Trend’ team to identify opportunities for new brands and extensions.
* Support development opportunities with line managers, executing through HR tools like PDPs and Check-Ins.
* Deliver reports as requested.
* Compile seasonal customer account CAD overviews with Wholesale team.
* Perform administrative tasks to high standards and timeliness, including weekly reports.
* Build cross-functional relationships for effective communication.

* Forward-thinking and reactive to market trends to keep Footasylum competitive and relevant.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills; Excel and Power BI knowledge is a plus.
