Their business spans through various sectors supporting issues in IT support, Cloud Services, Server Solutions, Security, GDPR Guidance and IT director. In short, as an IT apprentice, you would be amongst some of the best & brightest working in the IT field!
A Typical Day in the Job:
• Answer incoming telephone calls from customers.
• Password resets, creating and implementing group policies, multi factor authentication, anti-virus config, encryption etc.
• Provide support through ticketing system and communicate through phone
• Use Remote Access tools like Team Viewer to troubleshoot IT issues and dial into customer access points
• Installing built in software, and adding customer bespoke software
• Implement resolutions derived through own technical knowledge.
• Escalate where an incident is about to or has breached its agreed SLA.
• Escalate P1/P2 calls immediately.
• Manage first level escalations.
• Implement resolutions derived through own technical knowledge.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
•£17,000 - £19,000 per annum.
•Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 9am-5:30pm.
•20 Days+ bank holidays.
•Pension.

•Understands the difference between IT and Dev.
•Confident communication skills both written and verbal.
