Our team lives and breathes the Pega delivery vision: quickly building high-quality, outcome-driven applications that evolve with the changing needs of business. As a key member of the Pega Customer Decisioning team, you will work with a passionate and driven project team, delivering new and innovative business and technical solutions using Pega and Decisioning technology. In this role, you’ll help us design, develop, implement, and test the next generation customer-centric decisioning solutions.

What You'll Do as part of our team at HSBC:

* Lead and drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT, and production deployment.
* Work closely with stakeholders to scope, plan, and deliver high-quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle using Pega technology.
* Utilize your technical consulting skills to demonstrate innovative ways to implement software solutions, following best practices and governance.
* Provide support and technical governance focused on one or more projects.
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization and respond proactively to ad-hoc questions.

Key Skills Required:

* Extensive hands-on experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications in Pega.
* Must have: Certified Lead System Architect Certification (both part-1 and part-2).
* Experience in delivering enterprise-level business solutions in Pega, leading end-to-end delivery of medium to large components, and exposure to various technologies including Application Servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational databases, and integration techniques.
* Knowledge and experience of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
