Culinary Professional
As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for students and staff. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Culinary Professional to assist the Sous Chef in managing food production, purchasing, and stock control.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Assisting with menu development, planning, and implementation
* Managing kitchen cleanliness and general housekeeping
* Effective stock control to minimize waste and maintain high standards
* Contributing to the maintenance of health and safety standards, including adherence to food safety regulations
* Training and developing the kitchen team

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* Excellent culinary skills with experience in a similar role
* Possession of NVQ Level 2 in professional cookery or equivalent
* Intermediate food hygiene/Level 2 certification (desirable)
